Scholarship Fund At Sister Maureen’s request, the Sr. Maureen Nolan Scholarship Fund will now be known as the Endowment Fund.
First Holy Communion Please remember our second grade students as they prepare to receive First Holy Communion on April 30. Thank you to Mrs. Marzella, Mrs. Stroud, Mrs. Gwin and Mrs. Garriz who are preparing these students for this special occasion.

Reminder – Iowa Test The Iowa Test of Basic Skills (ITBS) will be administered to students in Grades 2 – 8 from March 22 – March 31. Make sure your children get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast and come to school relaxed.
CTK Field Day We are looking forward to Field Day at Christ the King on May 5. Snacks will be available for sale by the PTO. Thank you to Mrs. Etheridge, Miss Barr, our teachers, Booster Club, PTO members, and all who are working hard to make this a fun day for all!
Inshore Classic Fishing Tournament The 7th Annual Christ the King Inshore Classic Fishing Tournament will take place on May 20 at Camp Cullen in Point Clear. There will be kid’s activities, music, prizes, food, beverages and a great time. Please visit

Artsonia Be sure to visit CTK’s online art gallery at Artsonia (on our webpage) to see great works from our talented students. The school has posted over 1,000 pieces created by our students. You may also purchase student artwork on a variety of keepsake items and Artsonia will donate 20% of every purchase to the school arts program. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts!
Scholars Bowl We would like to congratulate the CTKCS Scholars' Bowl team for their great day on March 17. The students battled twenty teams during the Bay Area Scholastic Super Tournament and finished with a second place win. They also earned a check for $750 for the school.

Geography Bee Edward Cowles has qualified to compete in the state level competition of the National Geographic Bee!
The Alabama State Bee will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017.
March Outreach Thank you for the great collection of food for the Catholic Social Services food pantry during our March outreach.
April Outreach – “To Be” “To Be” helps pregnant women with childbirth preparation and assists new mothers with infant care. “To Be” currently needs our assistance with the following items. Diapers (Sizes Preemie, 4 and 5), baby wipes, baby shampoo, baby wash, baby food (jar food only), baby feeding spoons, diaper bags, baby wash cloths and baby towels. Thank you for your support of this project during our April outreach.
