Welcome to our new teachers at CTKCS! In addition, we have had transitions of current teachers. Mrs. Lisa McDuff, former Counselor, is now our Assistant Principal. Mrs. Kathryn McDonald, former Librarian, is now our PE Assistant. Mrs. Brooke Ruffin, former PreK 4 teacher, is now our 2B teacher, and Mrs. Stroud, former 2B teacher, is now our 7B Homeroom/Jr. High Religion Teacher.

Mrs. Emily Coate has returned as our Librarian and is thrilled to be back at CTKCS. Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her MS from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She and her husband have two children attending Auburn University, and two adorable dogs. She enjoys walking, reading, and boating. She also loves living here on the Eastern Shore.
Mrs. Ashley Cunningham is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, but has lived in the area for 11 years. She earned her BS from Auburn University in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Life. She completed the teacher certification program, TeacherReady, through the University of West Florida and is one of our PreK 4 teachers. Ashley enjoys traveling, cooking, watching football, and spending time with her friends and family. Although her husband graduated from Alabama and they may not agree on the Iron Bowl, they do agree on the New Orleans Saints. She is excited to be a part of the CTKCS family.
Mrs. Amanda Lee earned her BS in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She is a native Mobilian, lived in Northwest Georgia for 17 years, returned to the area, and is now one of our PreK 4 teachers. She has taught PreK for 13 years. She and her husband have two children. Amanda enjoys walking, riding her mountain bike, reading books, and going to the beach. She is SUPER excited to be at CTKCS this year and looks forward to getting to know everyone and being involved.
Mrs. Savannah Partin is a graduate of the University of South Alabama earning her BS in Education, Special Education, and Early Childhood Education. She is currently pursuing her ME in Early Childhood Education, and will graduate in December. She and her husband have one son and a puppy. Savannah enjoys running, crafts, and spending time with her family. She has taught PreK for two years and is excited to start this year with us as one of our PreK 3 teachers.
Mrs. Rosie Swanson is an alumnus of CTKCS and is looking forward to getting to know all of her families in PreK 3. She has grown up in the Christ the King parish and is thrilled to be teaching here. She earned her BS in Family and Childhood Development with a minor in Rehab and Special Education from Auburn University. Rosie enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and seven children.
