- Tithing Requirement
- CTKCS will check the tithing status of your current parish (CTK, St. Lawrence, Blessed Seelos) for the 2024 fiscal year. If you plan to receive the tithing rate for the 2025-2026 school year, the tithing requirement of $1,600 must be met by December 31, 2024. Contact your parish if you need to check your tithing status and if you have changed parishes, email Elizabeth Garriz at garriz@ctkcsdaphne.org to update your current parish.
- The Choose Act and Tuition Assistance
- The Choose Act is an Education Savings Account (ESA) program designed to provide state-funded financial assistance for education-related expenses.

  Connection to FACTS Tuition Assistance: If you are planning to apply for FACTS Tuition Assistance through Christ the King Catholic School, you are also required to apply for the Choose Act.

- Registration Agreement
- This Registration Agreement and your non-refundable Registration Fee of $200 per student is due in full by January 10th. This fee will be billed through the FACTS system. Once the bill is posted, you will have until January 10th to pay it. If you need to make any changes to your FACTS account, please email Mrs. Garriz at garriz@ctkcsdaphne.org.

- Immunization Agreement
- Immunization Policy:
  All students enrolled in the Archdiocese of Mobile's PreK-12 Catholic schools, daycare centers, summer camps, and Mother's Day out programs will be required to be immunized. A student may be exempt from immunization for medical reasons if the student presents the school with a medical exemption card from the Alabama Department of Health. The Archdiocese of Mobile does not accept religious exemptions. All exemptions must be medical and entered into the IMMPRINT program through your doctor's office.

- Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, performance under this Agreement, or the breach thereof, including all disputes of any nature relating to my child’s enrollment and attendance at this school, and including but not limited to the threshold questions of arbitrability and the formation of this arbitration agreement, shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, and judgement upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in the city of Mobile, Alabama, applying the laws of the State of Alabama. There shall be one arbitrator who shall be selected in accordance with the procedures of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall pay one half the cost of the arbitrator. In no event shall punitive damages be awardable by the arbitrator in favor of either party, unless specifically authorized by applicable statute. This provision is continuing in nature and shall remain in force throughout the entire period of my child’s enrollment at this school.
- I AGREE TO SEND ANY AND ALL DISPUTES RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, TO BINDING ARBITRATION. I ALSO HEREBY WAIVE MY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IF A DISPUTE ARISES IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT. REQUIRED Yes Please fill out this field.
