We collected two large car loads of wonderful books that the hospital is able to use in their Reach Out and Read Program. Thank you to all who donated and helped out with January's outreach. Your time and support is greatly appreciated at our school and in our community.
Aquinas Scholars Congratulations to 8th grader Andrew Fouty for his exceptional score on the placement test. As a result, he will be invited to participate in the Aquinas Scholars Program, a rigorous academic program at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School.
Tuition Assistance Although families pay tuition, this does not cover the entire cost of education. The remaining cost is subsidized by Christ the King Church and St. Lawrence Church. This is why it is so important to contribute to your church. Families that are requesting tuition assistance must know that Christ the King Catholic School uses the FACTS program to determine if a family qualifies for tuition assistance. This is an online application that
must be completed before any assistance can be given. The assistance given to families comes from the school (Sister Maureen Scholarship Fund) and from the Church. It will only cover tuition, not registration fees. Since we are a Catholic School, we do not receive any federal funds or grants to help with tuition. We have a
limitedamount of money that can be given to qualifying families. Please complete the online application or contact the school office for more information.
