If you have any questions you would like considered for addition to the FAQ page or have additional feedback, please email the school office at  ckcs@ctkcsdaphne.org.
The FAQ page will be updated every Friday with any new information.

Some of our families are opting to use our Distance Learning option for the 1st quarter of the school year. In order for us to have a clear picture for the start of school, we ask that you notify the school office, if you have not already done so, by completing the Request for DL/Return to School form located on the Covid-19 page on our website. You may also use this form to notify the school of your intentions to have your child/children return to the classroom.
