The PTO has provided our parents and Junior High students and with the opportunity to view Screenagers - The Next Chapter. The Jr. High students wil have the opportunity to view the movie during CSW at school. It is available on demand from February 1-16.
Can people register before the movie is available? |

Yes! After we send you your movie registration page (and you verify that the information is correct) you can begin to share the movie registration page with your community. People can use this page to register before the viewing time begins. Once your ‘On-Demand’ viewing time begins, the movie will appear on the page. |
Can we have custom registration questions? |
||
Yes, you can add up to 3 custom registration questions. All events include these questions: ‘First Name’, ’Last Name’, ‘Email’, ‘Create a Password’, ‘I would like to receive Tech Talk Tuesdays, a newsletter from director Delaney Ruston MD’, and ‘I will not record, share, disseminate or duplicate any part of the following content.’ Examples of custom questions include: ‘How many people will be watching from your computer?’ ‘Select the school(s) that your student(s) attend.’ |
When I click ‘Register To Watch’ it just takes me back to the same page. Is this correct? |

Yes! There is just one page to both register AND view the movie. The movie will APPEAR on the page when both of these two criteria are met:

What if I want to send additional reminders to my registrants? |

You should have received a link to a registration report spreadsheet that contains the names and emails of all of your registrants. This report updates automatically in real-time, so you can use this list at any time to send any additional reminders to your registrants. This allows you to customize how you interact with your community. Your community is more likely to open emails that come directly from your organization. |
Do the email notifications have a link to the event page? |

Yes, the email contains a link to your virtual event. Our virtual screening platform is ‘one link serves all’. This means that the original link that you received can be used by your registrants to register for the virtual event AND watch the film. When your viewing period begins, the movie will appear on that same page. |
What if I am hosting my own Zoom Q&A about the film(s)? |

If you are hosting a Zoom (or other type of online meeting) virtual event to discuss the films, just email us the links and / or information, and we are happy to add that information to your movie registration page. |
What does the registration confirmation email look like? |

Can we have subtitles? |

Yes, attendees can choose their subtitles by clicking the CC button in the bottom right of the video player. We have many languages loaded in the player by default, but let us know which subtitles you need, and we can make sure they are included for your event. |
