Each year, the Drug Education Council of Mobile asks all schools in Mobile and Baldwin counties to select one student that best exemplifies LEADERSHIP.
The definition of a LEADER is someone who sees the needs of others and considers them important; stands on the side of truth, even if they stand alone; and is willing to be inconvienienced for the needs of others.
Each year, our 8th grade students and teachers are asked to identify students who most consistently model Christian leadership by examples of SERVICE, RESPECT, HONESTY, TRUSTWORTHINESS, FAIRNESS, CHARITY, AND CITIZENSHIP.
The following students are the 2021-2022 CTK 8th Grade Leadership Team.
Nick Russo
Emma Johnson
Sara Garlock
Isabel Wingbermuehle
Bryce Marston
Clare Cotney
Andrew Kiernan
Franklin Kasch
Among these leaders, one student received the most votes for modeling leadership, and will be recognized at the Annual Red Ribbon Leadership Award banquet.
This year’s Superintendent’s Leadership Award recipient is Bryce Marston .
Congratulations!
