This cannot be done from the smartphone app. It must be done from a desktop PC.

To access PlusPortals from your desktop, go to the Christ the King Catholic School website, www.ctkcsdaphne.org, and follow the PlusPortals link located at the top left corner of the screen.
In order for the information in your children’s PlusPortals account to be accurate please do the following:

From the initial home screen, click on “More…” on an individual child shown in the right hand corner of the box, and then click, “School” tab shown right under the student’s name, and then “Demographics”.
Next, click on the word “Edit” on the right hand side of the screen.

• Edit any information that is incorrect, i.e. name, address, phone number, etc.
• Complete any fields that are missing information or need to be updated.
• If you want someone other than yourself picking up your children in the “May Pick Up” fields please enter these people’s names and their phone numbers - such as grandparents, relatives, etc. - that are approved by you to have your child dismissed to them
• “Before Care” Field – mark “yes” if attends Before School Care
• “After Care”  Field – mark “yes” if attends After School Care
• All of the other fields are self-explanatory.
• Once you have made all changes/updates be sure to click the word “Save” on the right hand side of the screen.

Please Note – you must complete this for each of your children.
**By regularly checking your PlusPortal account and making any needed updates this will ensure that your Directory and Student information will always be correct. **
